'This 15 minute Fit Test is a great way to gauge your progress. Make a note of how many reps you do on each exercise then try to beat the next time you do this workout.  No equipment needed but you will need a pen and paper to keep count of your reps.  1 minute work | 30 seconds rest | 10 moves  Recommended to do this workout every 2 or so weeks to see if there is an improvement on the amount of reps you do in 60 seconds.  Todays moves: 1. Runners Lunge Right 2. Runners Lunge Left 3. Press Ups 4. Squat Jumps 5. Plank Knee Crunch 6. High Jumps 7. Jump Lunges 8. Alternating Leg Raises 9. Walk Out Press 10.
